When we receive an application for one of our healthcare jobs, we not only assess the merits of the individual, their qualifications and experience, but also their desire to care for clients. When we meet with the applicant, we can discuss this with them and decide whether or not to accept their application. Interview
The next stage is an in-depth interview. The candidate will need to demonstrate their knowledge and experience, but also their passion for care. In the interview, we can judge whether or not they’re right for Medvita. Registered nurses are taken through a skills checklist.
References and checks Before hiring, we carry out an enhanced criminal record check. We’ll thoroughly check the applicant’s references for their last three years of employment and/or study.
This includes anyone wanting to rejoin MedVita. They must submit references for the jobs they’ve had since leaving and we also check whether the applicant has a valid moving and handling certificate.
